Member Verification Instructions


To Verify Member:

  • Approval for new FixCare member accounts will be completed within 48 hours.
  • Ask our FixCare agent to verify a member.
  • Provide the agent with your NPI Number
  • Our agent will give you the Status and Birthday of the FixCare member for verification.
  • Refresh the provider dashboard page to get the latest verification updates.
  • If members forgot or lost their Member ID, please have them call 1-(844) 682-4633 or email hello@fixcarehealth.com
