As a Provider, Can I bill their insurance if I’m in network with the patient's plan?
Yes! If the patient states, they have an insurance plan that you are In-network with you are obligated to bill their insurance as in accordance of your terms and agreements with said insurance company.
You must also charge the patient appropriately as per the plan’s agreements in the event that the patient has not met their In-Network deductible.
With all that said, the Patient does have an option to opt out of using their commercial health insurance by signing a waiver as per the HITECH act of 2010 for all insurances, except *Medicare.

As a Provider Is my Healthcare Data sold to Big Tech and Pharma?
No. The healthcare files and history are with only you and your patients. This decentralizes healthcare data and decision making away from the insurance companies.
As a provider, what benefits does FixCare have?
Becoming a FixCare provider contributes to a movement towards a more decentralize healthcare system. This movement will return the decision-making process back into the hands of the patients and the providers to break away from the medical industrial complex.

FixCare providers will be part of a growing referral network of like-minded practitioners where limits in "leakage" referrals out to into hospital systems and hedge funded medical practices. Those types of providers and systems tend not foster referrals back to independent private practices and maximize billing on patients.
The major benefit to becoming a FixCare provider is that the service is FREE for providers to join, and there will be no charge for any patient acquisition unlike other marketing platforms. We at FixCare just ask for the providers to pass on the savings to the members to be a part of the platform.
Reasonably priced membership subscription paid by patients will fund platform and the marketing FixCare providers.
As a Provider, do I need to post my fees on the platform?
No. Although many providers will post their fees; You can just simply state how much of rate reduction (the FixCare Rate) your office would allow off your usual and customary fees for consultations and procedures. This is termed "a prompt pay discount" to be settled at the time of the visit.
This method would keep in complance with providers who are still In-network and part of an IPA (independent practice association).
